We will also send an electronic reminder notification at least 7 days before initiating a recurring transaction if:

• A trial period, introductory offer, or promotional period has expired
• The nature of the recurring agreement has changed (e.g., price or billing period)

Cancellation Process: We provide a simple and convenient way to cancel your subscription directly through our platform. Our cancellation process is designed to be straightforward and accessible:

• Through Your Account Dashboard: Log into your account and navigate to the Billing section. Click on "Manage Subscription" to access your subscription management portal where you can cancel your subscription with just a few clicks.

Important Cancellation Details:

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period - you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until then
• For one-time payments, no further charges will be made after your initial purchase

Transaction Receipts: Upon establishment of the agreement, our transaction receipts will disclose:

• Length of any trial period, introductory offer, or promotional period
• Clear disclosure that you will be charged unless you take steps to cancel
• Transaction amount and date for initial and subsequent recurring transactions

Agreement Retention: We retain all agreements for the duration of the agreement and will provide them to your card issuer upon request. For recurring or unscheduled COF transactions, no finance charges are included.
