18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A Statement

MyDreamBoy's generative features are designed to create computer-generated visual content featuring fictional adult characters. MyDreamBoy does not hire, film, photograph, or engage actual human performers to produce visual depictions through those features.

Because the visual depictions generated through these features do not involve actual human performers, the performer identification and record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to those depictions.

This statement applies only to visual depictions generated through MyDreamBoy's generative features.

MyDreamBoy is intended exclusively for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of majority where they live.
